DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE?
Please note that we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We kindly advise all our customers to carefully review the product listings and product sizes before placing an order to avoid any discrepancies with their order.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Customers can submit a cancellation request only within 24 hours of placing their order. Please note that this request does not guarantee approval, as our fulfillment center processes orders as quickly as possible. We will first verify with our fulfillment team if the product has been shipped. If not, we will cancel the order.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
We cannot accept refund requests after we have shipped the order. We will always inform our customers of any potential delays in shipping.
We only accept refund requests if the product you received is entirely different from your order, has a different size, or a different color. We can also resend the correct product for FREE.
Please note that we strictly adhere to the following conditions:
- The item is from our store.
- The item has not been used in any way.
- The request MUST be submitted within 5 days of receiving the package.
For damaged products or products that differ from your order, you can email our support team at ahussain1991@gmail.com and include the following details in your email:
- Reason for the refund.
- Photo/video of the product you received.
- Order number.
Once we have received your email, we will contact you within 24 hours, and if your request is verified, we will resend the correct product for free. We cannot provide a full refund.
We do not issue refunds if the order is marked as delivered by the tracking number but the customer claims not to have received it. This relates to the possibility of package theft, for which we are not responsible.
